Estimated delivery times
- UK domestic: 1–3 business days.
- EU domestic (from Amsterdam hub): 2–5 business days.
- US domestic: 2–5 business days.
- Transatlantic air freight: 4–7 business days.
- Ocean freight (container loads): 25–45 days port to port.

Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted per order based on weight, dimensions, destination and requested service level. Contact us for a formal quote.
Customs and import duties
For international shipments the Customer is the importer of record unless otherwise agreed. Import duties, VAT and clearance charges in the destination country are the Customer's responsibility. We provide full commercial documentation.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking, sent by email once your consignment is picked up by the carrier.
Lost or damaged in transit
Notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery for missing shipments, or on arrival for visible damage. We will coordinate directly with the carrier and, where applicable, our transit insurer.
